What is Consolidation?
Consolidation means combining multiple packages into one shipment.
• Consolidation Fee: 0.015% (1.5%) of the total cost of combined receipts.
• Pallet Consolidation: If items are placed on a pallet, a pallet and handling fee applies instead.
1. Automatic (Non-Physical) Consolidation
>Packages are not held at the warehouse
> No consolidation fee
Packages from the same vendor and order number are automatically billed together, even if shipped separately.
• Each package in the order is weighed separately but billed on the same invoice.
• If packages arrive at different times, you’ll get an additional bill for each remaining package weight.
2. Requested Consolidation
>Packages are held in the warehouse
• consolidation Must be specifically requested.
• The 0.15% consolidation fee applies.
• Maximum hold time: 20 days. All items must be shipped or collected once this period ends.
